Expert Biography – I joined The Travel Agency as a travel consultant in 1997. Transitioning from 10 years in the local real estate industry, I soon realized that I had found my true career. Travel is my passion, whether I’m taking a personal vacation or planning a trip for my clients. Since joining The Travel Agency I have earned both my CTA and ACC certification. Over the years I have honed my specialties to Luxury Cruises, River Cruising, the Adventure/Specialty Travel Market as well as the Independent Traveler. My destination specialties include Spain, Hawaii and an extensive knowledge of Europe. I am currently working on increasing my knowledge on the amazing destination of South America.
My Recent Trips – Satisfying my love of adventure travel and my husband’s passion for wildlife photography we recently had an unforgettable trip to the Galapagos Islands with Lindblad Expeditions. Cruising with Lindblad Expeditions was such an amazing experience we joined them again along with National Geographic for whale watching in the Sea of Cortez. To broaden my knowledge of all the wonderful opportunities available, I have taken two river cruises on two different river cruise companies. The Danube from Prague to Budapest and the Rhone and the Saone from Paris to Avignon. Both trips were outstanding, especially with extended stays in Prague, Budapest and Paris. In the very near future my husband and I will enjoy our first cruising experience on Crystal Cruises from Montreal to New York city.
Interests & Specialties – Luxury Travel including cruises, upscale small group tours and independent travel. VAST/Adventure travel with a passion for wildlife, nature and photography. My destination specialties are Spain and Hawaii with an extensive knowledge of Europe. I am currently working on adding the amazing and diverse country of South America to my destination specialties. I have my ACC, CTA and Virtuoso Voyager Club Host designations.
